About The Role
Blacksmith Agency runs PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. As Paid Media Project Manager at Blacksmith, you own delivery of that marketing work: campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship around them. You keep projects on time and on budget, keep clients informed, and keep internal teams unblocked and moving.
This is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to the finish.
What You Will Own
• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication,
status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
What You Bring
• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.
