- Business planning and general management.
- Accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team.
- Develops Others: Coaches for High Performance / Builds Future Capabilities / Team Development.
- Ensure employees understand our vision, as well as support and reinforce client focused behaviours that contribute to CACEIS goals.
- Develop talent management & succession planning strategies that ensure we attract, retain and grow top talent at all levels in the organization.
- Provide Support to Group Invoicing Management through regular and ad hoc communication.
- Provide support to client when expertise is required.
