岗位职责
- 全面管理项目成本、进度及预算，审核施工方案、付款申请及最终结算；
- 管理总承包商及直接签约的供应商、顾问方，协调各方资源匹配施工进度；
- 跟踪关键里程碑，识别延误风险并及时采取纠偏措施；
- 审核加载成本的进度计划，评估已完工程量，审批资本支出；
- 识别影响成本的因素并持续监控报告；审核验证承包商及内部成本估算；
- 主持客户会议及必要会议，定期汇报进展、风险及应对建议；
- 设计-建造变更期间，为工程决策提供成本与预算支持；
- 管理营收、团队资源及优先级，确保客户期望达成；
- 记录可能导致索赔的事件，代表客户处理争议、变更及索赔事宜；
- 监督进度计划顾问审核，协调竣工验收、移交，确保竣工文档及质保文件完整。
