What will you do?
- Point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with the market and other providers.
- Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across the fund distribution servicing spectrum, including Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, Cash and FX-related enquiries.
- Provide high-quality investor and distributor experience, managing and resolving enquiries relating to fund information, business rules, trade processing, subscriptions/redemptions, cash movements, reconciliations, stock transfers, contract notes, statements and other day-to-day servicing matters.
