Responsibilities
- Develop Key Accounts (KA) & IR channels for big appliances including refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner in Peru.
- Develop effective pricing strategy base on competition, sales target & available product.
- Work closely with GTM to expand channel coverage, improve product exposure, achieve monthly and annual sales target for big appliances set by the company.
- Maintain and enhance performance through existing channels including Key Accounts (KA), wholesale, e-commerce, and others.





Qualifications
- Proven over 5 years frontline major Home appliance linea blanca sales experience including refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner in Peru market, with a solid understanding of the marketing 4P framework.
- Good relations with KA channels and has strong ability & plenty of experience for KA & IR channels development with a track record of successful cases.
- Rich product knowledge of big appliances products, competitors and market conditions, has clear sence of Peru market major Home appliance linea blanca development trend.
- Identify with the Xiaomi brand and culture, and be willing to grow and develop together with Xiaomi.
