This Critical Minerals Commercial Leader serves as a connector of ERM Clients to the services they require to add business value by helping them navigate regulatory complexity, ESG pressures, and stakeholder expectations from early-stage project concept through execution, operations and eventual closure. The successful candidate will be responsible, as a member of the commercial team, to drive business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the critical minerals sector in the Andean Region. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
