Abilitas Employment is looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Recruiter to join our growing international recruitment team.

This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for someone who can personally deliver a high volume of placements while leading a small recruitment team and taking full responsibility for the team's results.

Our core recruitment focus is international recruitment for the European market, with a strong emphasis on:

YOUR ROLE

As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for both individual recruitment performance and team performance.

You will

- Personally source, screen and place a high volume of candidates every month
- Lead and coordinate a small team of recruiters
- Take ownership of the team's monthly recruitment and placement targets
- Build and continuously improve international candidate pipelines
- Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Monitor recruiter KPIs, conversion rates and placement performance
- Coach and develop recruiters through hands-on leadership
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement solutions
- Work closely with management and clients to understand workforce requirements
- Manage recruitment campaigns from sourcing through successful placement
- Maintain high candidate quality while operating at significant recruitment volume
- Stay up to date with modern recruitment technology,



sourcing methods and AI-enabled recruitment tools

- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

- Minimum 5 years of professional recruitment experience
- Proven experience in international recruitment
- Strong track record in high-volume recruitment and personal monthly placements
- Proven hands-on experience leading a small recruitment team
- Demonstrated responsibility for team KPIs and recruitment results
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS/CRM systems and modern sourcing platforms
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate research skills
- Comfortable working with recruitment data, KPIs and performance metrics
- Highly organized, proactive and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

- Previous experience in a staffing, recruitment or manpower agency
- Experience recruiting for construction, logistics, warehousing, meat processing or professional drivers
- Experience recruiting candidates for European markets
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Experience using modern recruitment technology, automation and AI tools
