? We’re hiring: Trafficking / Ad Operations Analyst
Are you detail-oriented, technically minded and experienced in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns?
We’re looking for a Trafficking / Ad Operations Analyst with strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and hands-on experience with campaign setup, trafficking, technical implementation and quality assurance.
? About the role
As a Trafficking / Ad Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring digital campaigns are correctly implemented, tested and ready to go live.
You’ll play a key role in the operational side of digital advertising, working with campaign assets, ad servers, platforms, tracking and technical requirements to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and deliver as expected.

? What you'll do
• Manage the end-to-end trafficking and implementation of digital advertising campaigns.
• Review campaign assets and ensure they meet technical and platform requirements.
• Set up campaign components including line items, targeting, parameters, pacing and campaign dates.




• Work with different platforms and/or ad servers to implement digital campaigns.
• Manage and validate tags, tracking and creative implementation.
• Work with different creative formats, including HTML5, video and rich media.
• Ensure the correct connection between platforms, publishers and third-party partners.
• Perform detailed QA before and after go-live.
• Validate tracking, naming conventions, campaign settings, creatives and other technical requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot implementation or delivery issues.
• Monitor campaigns after launch to ensure they are delivering correctly.
• Analyze campaign and ad server data to identify discrepancies, issues and performance trends.
• Prepare clear and actionable reports and insights for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure campaigns comply with established processes, technical requirements and quality standards.
