DFMIEC PERU, a Chinese company that globally markets DONGFENG trucks and tractors, with a representative office in Peru, is looking for a candidate with planning and coordination skills, oriented to teamwork, initiative-taking and committed to the recruitment process. The candidate must be native Spanish speaker, and fluent in spoken and written English. The candidate must have a strong focus on recruitment process and employee relationships, finding potential candidates for the local positions in Peru and managing the onboarding process, including the long-term relationship with employees.

Responsibilities
· Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions in Peru.
· Collaborate with business teams to identify hiring needs and secure the right talent.
· Develop and support local recruitment channels and a strong talent pipeline.
· Support HR operations, including onboarding and employee relations.




· Provide management with recruitment data and reports.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports.

Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
· Three to five years of recruitment experience in Human Resources, preferably in the automotive industry.
· Native Spanish speaker with fluency in spoken and written English.
· Familiarity with Peru’s labor market and local recruitment channels.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
