We are looking for a Marketing Project Assistant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing campaigns — from initial budget application to final project acceptance and compliance review.

? WHAT WILL YOU DO?
? Campaign Lifecycle Management
* Manage the operational workflow of marketing campaigns, including internal applications, system creation, tracking, and final project acceptance.
* Follow up on PO verification and project closure to ensure timely completion.

? Cross-Functional Coordination
* Act as the main point of contact between the Marketing team and internal stakeholders, including Finance and Procurement.
* Coordinate budgets, payments, purchasing processes, and campaign requirements.

? Vendor & Supplier Management
* Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to track deliverables and project milestones.
* Support contract execution and ensure quality control throughout the project acceptance process.

? Process Optimization
* Monitor internal operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.




* Help streamline campaign approvals and purchasing requests to reduce cycle times.

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
✔️ 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Procurement Coordination, or Account Management.
✔️ Agency experience is a plus.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
✔️ Strong understanding of marketing campaign workflows and project lifecycles.
✔️ Familiarity with procurement processes, contract terms, and financial budgeting basics.
✔️ Experience handling PR/PO, invoicing, and billing.
✔️ Proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
✔️ Proficient in written and spoken English – required. ??
