Behind these achievements is a team that values creativity, strong relationships, and results. Now, we’re looking for a Talent Manager based in Lima, Peru, to help us grow our talent network and bring campaigns to life.

About the role

You’ll work closely with talents and our internal teams to build strong relationships, coordinate campaigns, and keep projects running smoothly from briefing to delivery.

This is a hybrid role based in Lima, combining remote work with in-person collaboration. You’ll also attend events, activations, and live streaming sessions involving our talents, providing hands-on coordination and representing Basher.

What you’ll do

- Manage day-to-day communication with talents, building strong relationships and ensuring briefs, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly understood.
- Identify, scout, and support the onboarding of streamers, influencers, and content creators aligned with our clients’ needs.
- Coordinate campaign execution, including collecting materials, tracking approvals, scheduling content, and following up on deliverables.
- Attend and support events, activations, productions, and live streaming sessions involving your talents, coordinating their participation and helping resolve issues as they arise.
- Keep talent databases updated with contact details, rates, campaign results, and contractual information.
- Monitor social media and streaming platforms to spot emerging creators, trends,



and opportunities across gaming, esports, and iGaming.
- Track campaign performance and talent engagement, preparing reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support talent negotiations and the coordination of contracts and agreements, ensuring documentation is complete and properly organized.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.

What we’re looking for

- At least two years of experience working with influencers, streamers, or content creators in talent management, influencer marketing, or campaign coordination.
- Experience in iGaming and a strong understanding of Peru’s creator landscape.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with talents and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and taking ownership of your work.
- Confidence working with campaign metrics, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
- Based in Lima, with availability to attend in-person meetings, events, activations, and streaming sessions as required.
