Role Overview

As an Associate Director,



you will provide strategic leadership across the full lifecycle of project delivery, with a strong focus on pre-contract cost planning, procurement strategy, commercial governance, and client management.

You will take ownership of major commissions, lead project teams, mentor cost management professionals, and contribute to business growth through client engagement and project delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Cost Strategy
- Lead the full lifecycle of cost management services from concept through project completion.
- Drive pre-contract cost planning, feasibility studies, benchmarking, budgeting, and cost strategy development.
- Establish cost control frameworks, project governance structures, and commercial management processes.
- Provide strategic advice on project costs, procurement approaches, risk management, and value optimisation.
- Lead value engineering and life-cycle costing initiatives.
