About the Program Start your career with one of the world's most iconic brands.

At Diageo, we're looking for a passionate and curious intern to join our Scotch Marketing Team in Peru. This is a unique opportunity to work behind one of the world's leading Scotch whisky brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams while bringing innovative ideas to life.

What you'll do

- Support the execution of brand and marketing initiatives for Johnnie Walker.
- Coordinate campaigns, activations and brand experiences with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze sales, market and consumer data to identify opportunities and generate insights.
- Track campaign performance and prepare presentations and reports.




- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and external agencies.
- Support project planning, timelines and budget tracking.
- Help identify new ideas to engage consumers and strengthen brand presence.

What we're looking for

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Passion for marketing, premium brands and consumer experience.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
- Advanced English.
