Job Description

MISIÓN

Asegurar la planificación y coordinación productivo de los servicios de la división CTS, actuando como nexo entre técnicos, clientes y la organización, garantizando la continuidad operativa, el cumplimiento de los servicios y la satisfacción del cliente.

FUNCIONES

- Coordinar de forma directa las peticiones de servicio de los clientes. Comunicar su progreso en forma puntual y proactiva al cliente.
- Controlar y coordinar la asignación de recursos (personal técnico de su zona de responsabilidad) para la ejecución de los servicios solicitados.
- Vigilar y maximizar la eficiencia de la ejecución de los servicios programados en función de la carga de trabajo y los recursos disponibles (eficiencia de uso de los técnicos).
- Brindar soporte al staff técnico para la ejecución de los servicios solicitados (documentación de ingreso, seguros, alquileres, etc).
- Brindar soporte en las estimaciones de costos del servicio en conjunto con el administrador y representante comercial asignado al cliente.
- Realizar las tareas administrativas intrínsecas al puesto (control de gastos de servicio, tareo de los técnicos, etc)
- Hacer seguimiento del estado de OPS (estado de repuestos, entrega de los mismos, etc) de los clientes de su zona.
- Recepcionar la documentación relacionada con la OP (liquidaciones, horas utilizadas, etc) y confirmar el cierre y la facturación de las mismas al administrador de servicios.
- Cumplir normas y procedimientos de la compañía.
- Otras funciones relacionadas a la posición.

REQUISITOS

- Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o afines, o egresado técnico en carreras relacionadas.



Deseable experiencia o conocimientos en equipos industriales, compresores o maquinaria.
- Deseable dominio de inglés de nivel Intermedio o Avanzado.
- Deseable manejo del paquete Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
- Deseable conocimiento en programas de planificación tipo MS Proyect, AS-400, SAP.
- Deseable conocimiento de PMI.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares en empresas de servicios.
- Lugar de trabajo: Zona Sur bajo régimen minero 14x7.
