An independently owned wellness and aesthetic medicine clinic in South San Jose is looking for a confident NP or PA for a three-day-a-week clinical role. The clinic is part of a national network of more than 450 locations and focuses on a small set of evidence-based treatments: testosterone and hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight loss, peptide and vitamin injections, and sexual wellness. Care is concierge-style and direct-pay, with same-day labs and patients who can reach their provider between visits.

The patient base is predominantly adult men, and sexual wellness care, including in-office procedures, is a core part of the work. You'll practice as the sole provider with 2 MAs, no call, paid training, and a performance incentive on top of hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities - Lead new-patient consultations and follow-up visits across hormone, weight-loss, peptide, and sexual wellness services - Prescribe and adjust testosterone therapy (injections, pellets, oral) and supporting medications - Administer and manage peptide and vitamin injection protocols (B12, glutathione, NAD+, Sermorelin, lipotropic blends) - Run GLP-1 and medical weight-loss plans, including body composition tracking - Deliver sexual wellness treatment,



including in-office procedures such as PRP and shockwave therapy - Help patients understand their options, expected outcomes, and supporting lifestyle changes - Build treatment plans with patients using a consultative, direct-pay model (full training provided) - Keep clinical documentation accurate and work closely with front-office staff Qualifications - Active California NP or PA license (must already be licensed) - Board-certified FNP or Adult NP, or licensed PA - At least 2 years of NP or PA clinical experience; related RN experience may count - Active DEA registration, or able to obtain one before start (practice covers registration costs) - Comfortable prescribing controlled substances and managing injectable medications - Comfortable providing sexual wellness care, including in-office procedures - Open to a consultative, direct-pay approach; no sales background required - Strong patient education skills and EMR proficiency Schedule &
