This is an SDR to AE Development Role: a sales leadership training program where you work directly with our founder, who has personally trained hundreds of SDRs and developed dozens into AE and leadership roles. This is done with you, not done for you, you'll be on the phones daily, coached in real time.
Everyone who works here starts as an SDR. No exceptions.
Pay is performance based. Based on performance and experience, reps typically earn between $1,500 and $2,000 per month, with no ceiling as production grows.
