Job Summary
Are you passionate about sales, building strong business relationships, and turning ideas into results? Join P&G; as a Sales Manager in the Traditional Trade Channel, based in Trujillo and responsible for Trujillo and Chimbote.
In this role,



you will manage the distributor relationship and guide its sales force to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable growth across our product categories. You will combine data analysis and strategic planning with hands-on field execution—identifying opportunities, developing actionable plans, and following through to ensure results.
This position requires influence and collaboration with the distributor’s sales team rather than direct management of P&G; employees. It offers opportunities to develop your commercial and leadership skills while making a meaningful business impact.
