Customer Support Engineer at BairesDev
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will provide high-level technical assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their integrations and platforms. You will act as a vital link between complex technical issues and customer satisfaction, resolving intricate challenges through deep analysis and clear communication.
What You'll Do
• Diagnose and resolve complex REST API issues to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
• Analyze application code and system logs to identify, troubleshoot, and document technical bottlenecks.
• Execute advanced SQL queries to extract data insights and facilitate technical problem-solving.
• Oversee the technical onboarding process for new partners, ensuring successful integration with our services.
• Provide clear and concise technical guidance to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable steps.
• Maintain high system reliability by proactively identifying recurring error patterns and implementing long-term fixes.
What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven expertise in REST API troubleshooting and integration support.
• Strong ability to read and analyze application code and logs to identify error patterns.
• Proficiency in using SQL for data querying and advanced technical troubleshooting.
