What You'll Be Doing
- Source and engage candidates for technical roles including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other specialized technology positions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Conduct recruiter screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and overall fit.




- Present qualified candidates with detailed recommendations to the Lead Recruiter for further consideration.
- Support multiple open requisitions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline information within the ATS.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Technical Sourcing.
- Strong understanding of technology talent markets and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- English C1 (Professional Working Proficiency).
