Dal-Tile is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Rep to increase its market share. The Outside Sales Rep will increase the account base by servicing existing customers and expanding the account base through cold calling.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $27,000 and $63,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Compensation and range may vary by location. Final base pay is determined based on job-related factors such as work location, skills, experience, education,
and training, consistent with applicable state and local laws. Base pay is one component of the total compensation package, which may also include incentive compensation, commissions (if applicable), discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and company-sponsored benefits.
Primary Objective:
• Increase market share and sales for the Dal-Tile Countertop in the prescribed region/area. Increase account base by servicing existing customers and expand account base through cold calling
Primary Function and Scope:
• Conducts weekly sales calls - includes servicing existing customers as well as cold calling potential customers (average 4-5 cold calls per week).
• Prepares weekly “Sales” and “Call” reports.
• Develops monthly strategy for sales calls and prepares monthly travel calendar based on that strategy.
