Product Manager at BairesDev

As a Product Manager, oversee a broad range of product management activities, including market research, product lifecycle management, and strategic planning. Your role goes beyond the day-to-day of product ownership to encompass a wider perspective on market needs, competitive positioning, and long-term product line success.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the product, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception through launch to post-launch analysis and iteration.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product goals, features, and requirements.
- Oversee cross-functional teams,



ensuring successful execution of the product roadmap and delivery of high-quality products.
- Analyze product performance against goals, market response, and financial metrics, using insights to guide future product development.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in product management with significant leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in overseeing multiple product lines and managing product portfolios.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Expertise in formulating long-term product strategies and innovation roadmaps.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage large product teams.
- Skilled in budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation for product development.
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
