Are you an HR professional with experience supporting U.S.-based operations? Do you enjoy employee relations, compliance, and partnering with business leaders to drive a positive workplace culture? We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic team supporting operations across the United States.

What You'll Do

- Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and training.
- Partner with Operations Managers on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and U.S. employment regulations, including I-9 audits and documentation.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and various HR projects.




- Act as a trusted HR business partner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced English (C1) written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience:
- At least 2 years supporting U.S.-based HR operations.
- At least 1 year supporting local HR processes.
- Employee relations
- Workplace investigations
- HR compliance activities

- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to Have

- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
