- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Teaching License, QTS,
or international equivalent).
- Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum, Educational Leadership or related fields.
Certification
- IB training and certifications (PYP, MYP, and DP) Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in academic leadership positions within IB schools.
- Experience leading curriculum alignment and institutional academic improvement processes.
- Experience in teacher evaluation and academic data analysis.
Technical
Competencies
- Strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and active teaching methodologies.
- Experience with academic data analysis and institutional dashboards.
- Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and pedagogical quality assurance systems.
- Understanding of international educational standards and pedagogical management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
