Are you an IT professional who stays calm when things go wrong, knows how to prioritize critical incidents, and can coordinate teams to get services back up and running?

We’re looking for an experienced Incident Management professional to join a global technology environment in a fully remote role.

? Remote – Guatemala - Peru

? US$2,000/month as a contractor

?️ English C1 + Spanish – both required

? Full-time

? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll play a key role in managing technology incidents and helping minimize their impact on business operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing, categorizing and prioritizing incidents based on severity and business impact
- Coordinating incident resolution through service restoration
- Working with technical teams during critical incidents
- Monitoring incidents through resolution and ensuring proper follow-up
- Documenting incidents and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting root cause analysis and actions to prevent recurring incidents
- Applying ITIL / IT Service Management best practices

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, NOC, Monitoring, or similar roles
- University studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT,



or a related field
- Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, networks, servers and databases
- Familiarity with IDS and SIEM tools
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple priorities
- Stable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps
- Availability to work the required operational schedule

?️ LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS – IMPORTANT

English C1 – REQUIRED

Spanish – REQUIRED

You must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with international teams and stakeholders.

? LOCATION REQUIREMENT

This position is open to candidates who are currently based in Latin America.

⭐ NICE TO HAVE

ITIL certification, Risk Management training, or CompTIA Security+ certification.
