Role Summary
Cobb Dental Associates is a boutique luxury dental practice in Atlanta, Georgia, seeking a Front Desk Officer who will serve as the first impression of the practice.
This is a patient-facing, phone-intensive role where communication, professionalism, and executive presence matter more than technical dental experience. The idóneo candidate has a warm, energetic personality and delivers a concierge-level customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer patient calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and confidence.
- Deliver an exceptional first impression on every interaction.
- Support daily front desk and administrative operations.
What We're Looking For
