Mission Description

- 3+ years of total software development experience.
- 2+ years of production backend experience.
- At least 1 year of React and TypeScript experience.
- Demonstrable experience with software architecture, SQL and automated testing.

- Implement end-to-end user stories, from business rules to web interfaces.
- Develop backend services with either:
- .NET: C#, ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs, EF Core and Dapper.
- Node.js: TypeScript, NestJS, TypeORM or Drizzle.
- Apply hexagonal architecture, tactical DDD, CQRS and the Result pattern.
- Keep business rules inside the domain layer.
- Design and maintain SQL-based persistence using SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Build React interfaces with TypeScript, hooks, TanStack Query, Zod and Tailwind.
- Integrate systems through events and versioned contracts using RabbitMQ and transactional outbox patterns.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OIDC, SAML, RBAC or ABAC, depending on the use case.
- Write unit, integration, contract and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in pull request reviews and document technical decisions through ADRs.
- Work with Git, Docker, Nx and Conventional Commits.
- Run tests, coverage checks, static analysis and secret checks locally before pushing code.
- Maintain technical documentation, source code and commits in Spanish.

Profile Requirement





- Bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Informática o afines.
- Indispensable experiencia de 3 a 6 años desarrollando aplicaciones web full-stack en producción (front-end y back-end).
- 5+ years of total software development experience.
- 3+ years of production backend development using .NET or Node.js.
- 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- Practical experience with one of the following backend stacks:
- .NET: C#, ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs, EF Core, Dapper, MediatR and FluentValidation.
- Node.js: TypeScript, NestJS, TypeORM or Drizzle, and class-validator.
- Hands-on experience with hexagonal architecture, DDD, CQRS and clear separation between domain, application and infrastructure layers.
- Strong SQL knowledge, preferably with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with React hooks, strict TypeScript, TanStack Query and Zod.
- Experience writing automated tests with tools such as xUnit, Jest, Vitest, Testing Library or Playwright.
- Knowledge of JWT, OIDC, RBAC or ABAC, input validation and OWASP Top 10.
- Experience with Git, Docker, pull request reviews and Conventional Commits.
- Fluent technical Spanish, written and spoken

Nice-to-have experience

- Experience with both .NET and Node.js.
- Kubernetes and Helm.
- RabbitMQ, transactional outbox and versioned event contracts.
- Redis, MinIO and Vault.
- OpenTelemetry, Loki, Prometheus or Grafana.
- Pact, Testcontainers and k6.
