Join our Tech Assist team, who deliver and support technology solutions for all businesses in our Jakarta office. As a member of Tech Assist, you will be the face of Techology to our businesses for all technology services and platforms.We are a integral financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. You will deliver a customer focused service experience and provide training and education on Macquarie's Technology platforms.Working with global teams, you will own technology problems and requests to deliver positive outcomes for the business.What you offerPress space or enter keys to toggle section visibility- Enthusiastic, motivated and enjoys solving problems and engaging with customers- A passion for Technology, with curiosity and a pro-active mindset- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies (Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, InTune,
