About The Role

We are looking for an IT Systems & Automation Specialist to join our team and help keep our operational systems, integrations, automations, reporting, and telephony workflows running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. You will work closely with different teams and provide end-user support while also building, maintaining, and improving system integrations and automations.

The adecuado candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, adapt quickly, communicate effectively across teams,



and take ownership of technical challenges from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and end-user support for business systems and operational tools
• Support and maintain platforms such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and automated workflows using Pipedream, Make.com, or similar platforms
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data queries to support business decision-making
• Work with CRM data, workflows, and automations to improve operational processes
• Support and troubleshoot telephony and call-center systems, including IVR, call routing, and CCaaS platforms
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues and identify practical solutions
• Use basic SQL to query and work with data
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, troub
