BDC United is a national automotive BDC company, 10 years in business. Our SDRs prospect car dealerships across the U.S. for BDC United's services. This is the SDR Leadership Development Role: a performance-based sales leadership development program where you are coached hands-on through certification and live dealership calls. Done with you, not done for you.

Every leader at BDC United is promoted from within: SDR > Senior SDR > Team Lead > Regional. Everyone starts as an SDR. No exceptions.

PAY (read this first)
100% performance-based. You work as a 1099 independent contractor, and there is no guaranteed base salary to start. You earn commission on every dealership you sign, starting at 20% and escalating with tenure, with no ceiling. If you need a guaranteed paycheck on day one, this role is not for you.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
A resume tells me where you've been,



not where you're going. I screen for three traits:
• Thick skin: dealerships will tell you no every day, and you keep dialing.
• Student mentality: you want coaching and you put it to work the same day.
• Self-awareness: you know your gaps and you say them out loud.

The perfect candidate is someone who is incredibly hungry and motivated. You'll need fluent English, a reliable computer, headset and internet connection, and availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
