- Strong ability to follow up on opportunities, handle objections, and close sales.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective travelers by phone, email, video call, and other channels.
- Understand each client’s budget, interests, needs, and travel style.

- Prepare professional proposals and quotations.
- Consistently follow up on every sales opportunity.
- Handle objections and confidently move opportunities toward closing.
- Identify upselling opportunities that enhance both the client experience and booking value.
- Coordinate rates and services with DMCs and travel suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
- Work toward clear targets for sales, gross profit, and lead conversion.
- Protect the profitability of each booking by maintaining the company’s established margin targets.
Highly Valued Experience
- Experience selling travel to U.S. customers.
- Background in luxury, premium, or private travel.
- Knowledge of 4★ and 5★ hotels and travel suppliers.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of Argentina, Chile, Patagonia, Ecuador/Galápagos, Colombia, and other South American destinations.
Compensation
Base salary: US$1,100 per month.
In addition to the base salary, we offer a progressive commission structure based on gross profit generated, starting at 5% and increasing up to 10% based on performance.
The more profitable business and gross profit you generate, the greater your earning potential.
Full details of the commission structure will be explained during the selection process.
How Success Will Be Measured
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Sales generated
- Gross profit generated
- Gross margin percentage
- Lead-to-booking conversion
- Follow-up quality and response time
- Closing performance
- Upselling
- Customer service quality
- Accurate CRM management
The Profile We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings together four key strengths:
Travel expertise + sales ability + excellent English + customer focus.
If you have strong experience selling customized travel, know Peru exceptionally well, and can confidently engage with U.S. travelers, we would like to hear from you.
To apply, please submit your CV in English and briefly outline your experience in travel sales and international markets.
