Buscamos Asesores de Citas Atención al Cliente para el Sector Salud.
FUNCIÓN
Atender llamadas y gestionar citas de asegurados. Aplicar protocolos de atención de EsSalud. Validar datos y acreditación del asegurado. Gestionar, registrar y dar seguimiento a citas. Resolver consultas y brindar información.
HORARIO DE LUNES A DOMINGO (DESCANSO ROTATIVO UNA VEZ A LA SEMANA ) HORARIOS A ELEGIR: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM /2:00 PM 10:00 PM // PART TIME 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
REQUISITOS
Experiencia min 6 meses como teleoperador en agendamiento de citas por llamadas- atención al cliente.
Estudios a partir de 3er ciclo para adelante, sea carrera técnica o universitaria.
Manejo de herramientas de Word, Excel, Power Point a nivel intermedio.
Contar con disponibilidad inmediata.
