Salary: $1,300 - $1,400 USD (monthly)

Key Responsibilities:• Work every new lead immediately on arrival and maintain a consistent follow-up cadence on all leads that are not yet dead.
• Run outbound calls, texts, and emails across the full lead database, including aged and previously unresponsive leads.
• Uncover each seller’s true motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations before setting an appointment.
• Set and confirm qualified appointments for the Acquisitions team, and follow up the same day on no-shows and reschedules.
• Hand off complete context on every appointment: motivation, condition, timeline,



and price discussion.
• Keep the CRM fully current, with every call, text, note, and next-action date logged in real time.
• Coordinate daily with Acquisitions Managers to make sure every lead gets called and routed correctly.

Skills:• Strong phone-based sales or high-volume appointment-setting skills
• Comfortable having direct conversations with sellers who are stressed, skeptical, or in difficult situations
• Skilled at asking direct questions to uncover true motivation and price expectations
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-up discipline; nothing falls through the cracks
• Strong CRM discipline and comfort working inside a structured pipeline
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication
