Responsibilities
- Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products
- Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with application development team.
- Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features
- Understands and have working knowledge of Agile process.
- Validate Alignment of Data and Integration requirements
- Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements
- Lead execution to test cases in client environment
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), sufficient to work with stakeholders, write requirements, and review documentation in both languages.
