Senior Tech Software Analyst - Inglés Avanzado

Responsibilities
Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products
Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with application development team.
Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features
Understands and have working knowledge of Agile process.
Validate Alignment of Data and Integration requirements
Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements
Lead execution to test cases in client environment
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), sufficient to work with stakeholders, write requirements, and review documentation in both languages.
5+ years in a technical business analysis, software analysis, or quality engineering role supporting enterprise software, including at least 2 ye
