• Title of the Position: Peru Internship Program
• Location: Lima, Peru
• Work Hours: Part-time with adaptable working hours.
• Profile: Active undergraduate student with a background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
• Duration: 12-18 months.
• Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and July 2028 to be eligible. English Advanced.
• Start Date: as soon as possible

The P&G; Internship program offers promising undergraduate students the opportunity to grow as business leaders by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger; for a minimum of 12 months at our Lima offices. You will join one of our departments – Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply – and work on projects during your internship.
Some of your tasks will be:
Work on key projects that you will own, lead, and deliver from Day 1
Collaborate with a diverse team of P&Gers; from various backgrounds.
Develop innovative approaches to big problems using creativity and teamwork.
