About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SDR Team Lead & Client Support Specialist to help support our client's SDR team and day-to-day client communication. This is a hands-on, player-coach role: you'll continue running your own outbound activity — prospecting, booking meetings, engaging decision-makers — while also supporting other SDRs and helping prepare client updates alongside leadership. The idóneo candidate is an experienced outbound sales professional who's ready to take on more ownership, stay closely involved in the details, and grow into a more strategic role over time.
