About The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media professional to lead and optimize our paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.



This role owns the full funnel — from ad spend to pipeline impact — and works closely with design, content, and sales to turn budget into revenue.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Manage the advertising budget and allocate spend across channels based on performance
- Define audiences, segmentation, and bidding strategies for each platform
- Create and test copy, creative, and landing page variations in collaboration with the design and content teams
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, pixels, Conversions API, UTMs)
- Analyze full-funnel metrics — from impression to booked meeting or closed deal
- Report on results with a focus on cost per lead, cost per meeting, and ROAS
- Propose and continuously run A/B tests (audiences, formats, copy, landing pages)
- Coordinate with the sales team to close the loop between ad
