MaineTouch LLC is seeking Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to provide in-home personal care and support services to adults and seniors. PSS staff work directly with individuals in their homes to support daily living needs and promote safety, independence, and stability.

No Experience Needed - We Train and Support You.

This position is adecuado for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn. You will work independently in home settings while receiving ongoing support and supervision.

Job Description / Duties

Personal Support Specialists (PSS) provide hands-on, non-medical support to older adults and individuals with disabilities to help them live safely and comfortably in their homes or residential settings. Services are provided according to each client's authorized plan of care and MaineTouch guidelines.

As a PSS, you will:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and basic hygiene

Support clients with mobility and transfers, including safe movement with or without mobility aids

Help with household tasks related to care, including light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens

Assist with meal preparation, meal serving, grocery shopping, and errands as outlined in the c
