YOUR MISSION:

Manage day-to-day operations in an assigned store. Ensure the achievement of defined commercial targets (sales volumes, profitability, new clients, etc.) and the respect of the budget. Contribute to the development of Brand / Maison image and reputation.

- Communicate the local action plan, aligning it with the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, and motivate the team to achieve local business goals.
- Manage the front end, back end, and sales floor of a small to medium-sized store with a homogeneous product line to meet operational sales performance goals.
- Offer expert advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, and escalating complex or contentious matters as necessary.
