- Create work plans and plot shifts for the housekeeping team and be responsible for all tasks.
- Monitor, control, and check area cleaning work performed by all housekeepers.
- Coordinate work with developers to monitor and check all glass facade panels.
- Respond to and handle all tenant complaints according to SLA.
- Load incoming and outgoing goods/Material Management for SML Warehouse.
- Input and check material codes using the SAP HANA & ECC Material Management module.
- Process all FPB requests using the SAP HANA & ECC procurement module.
- Input MIGO for incoming and outgoing goods using the MIGO module in SAP HANA & ECC.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in housekeeping operations, facility management, or property management, with supervisory/coordinator experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and material management.
- Familiar with SAP HANA & ECC modules, particularly Material Management (MM), Procurement, and MIGO.
- Experienced in shift scheduling, work planning, and coordinating housekeeping teams.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
