We are looking for a Multicarrier Customer Operations Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience by managing end-to-end shipment coordination, ensuring timely documentation, and proactively supporting customers throughout the transportation process.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring efficient shipment execution and proactive communication throughout the logistics process.




Your responsibilities will include:
Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage booking activities and optimize shipment updates in accordance with internal procedures and operational guidelines.
Prepare, validate, and distribute all required import and export shipping documentation to customers, carriers, suppliers, consignees, customs, and other relevant stakeholders while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Verify customer responses and supporting documentation, ensuring shipment documentation is complete, accurate, and finalized prior to execution.
Proactively monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Identify shipment exceptions, delays, or operational incidents and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high level of customer sa
