• Support providing all learning materials and facilities (icebreakers, case studies, handout) • Assist supervisor in execute various PD Programs • Execute questionnaires distribution and recap the data • Prepare the payment request align with procedures needed • Responsible to documented all handouts, questionnaires and other materials that use for Training Program • Support all activities/data/documentation that related to BCLD • Process registration and answers routine inquiries regarding topics, schedules, and locations Post Implementation: • Support BINUS Quality Assurance (data, documents and visiting) • Support in providing data and document needed related to quality assurance in BINUS • Producing report related implementation of PD programs • Support in conducting customer satisfaction questionnaires • Support in conducting data analyze in order to produce a report • Support direct supervisor in proposing im
