Jobs Description
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
- Assist channel partners and customers with technical inquiries and solution requirements.
- Deliver technical support to system integrators, developers, and end users.
- Manage solution projects and coordinate activities across internal divisions.
- Oversee system integration to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate with end users to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support product launches through planning, product demonstrations, and training.
- Assist with pilot implementations and conduct customer training.
- Maintain the demonstration area and equipment to ensure readiness for presentations and training.

Jobs Requirements
- Education:



Diploma or degree in computing, engineering, information technology, information systems, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in engineering or consulting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, service-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Driver Licence: To be confirmed.
- THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary
