Job Title: Legal Associate

Job-Type: 6 months contract with potential for permanent employment

Legal Counsel

Location: Jakarta

What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Legal Counsel in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including agreements, contracts, letters, and other legal correspondence.
- Maintain and improve Legal’s document filing system and centralized database to ensure legal documents are complete, accurate, properly archived, and easily retrievable.
- Track the status of agreements, letters, and other legal documents, including execution, renewal, amendment, expiry, and termination.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, particularly Supply, to collect and follow up on legal documentation and information relating to external parties.
- Support the registration and administration of agreement and document numbers and other Legal records.
- Assist in drafting agreements, addendum, letters, notices, and other legal documents under the supervision of the Legal Counsel.
