- Organize and manage import processes for clients.
- Prepare, review, and process documentation related to import activities.
- Handle Import Declaration documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate import records and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Jobs Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, including Import Declaration operations
- Possession of a Customs Brokerage Services Management certificate is preferred
- Driver Licence: Not required
- THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary
