- Ability to discuss technical matters directly with client and defend engineering conclusions based on sound technical analysis.
- Strong contract awareness and ability to distinguish contractual requirements from client preferences.
- Ability to prevent overengineering and effectively push back on excessive or non-contractual client requests.
- Ability to prepare concise and technically robust submissions to facilitate client review and approval.
- Ability to develop engineering justification packages for temporary power systems and tie-ins to permanent facilities.

Profile
- More than 10 years of experience as an Electrical System Engineer for power system study.
- Proven ETAP experience, including completion of at least one project.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and submitting Load Flow, Short Circuit, Earthing, and Relay Coordination Studies as project deliverables.
- Familiarity with:
- Load Assessment
- Load Flow Studies
- Short Circuit Studies
- Protection Coordination Studies
- Earthing / Grounding Verification
- Relay and MCCB Setting Validation




- Backfeed and Isolation Philosophy Reviews
- Experience in brownfield projects and live-plant modifications is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting approvals for temporary power connections and temporary-to-permanent facility tie-ins.
- Immediate requirement for an initial 3-6 month "office" assignment, with potential extension depending on project needs and performance.
