Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing.
- Analyze requirements to identify testing scope, risks, gaps, and potential quality issues.
- Manage testing activities including test execution, defect tracking, retesting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with BA, Developers, PM, and stakeholders to ensure requirements and expected system behavior are well understood.
- Document and monitor defects with clear evidence, severity, and reproduction steps.
- Support automation, API, and performance testing activities using relevant tools.
- Contribute to QA process improvement and knowledge sharing with Junior SQA members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Software QA / Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and defect management.
- Strong experience in test case creation, test execution,



regression testing, and defect tracking.
- Experience with JIRA, Xray, TestRail, etc.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Playwright, WDIO, Selenium, Katalon, etc. is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with API testing, performance testing, and basic SQL/database validation is preferable.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and written.
