Sustainability Compliance OfficerApply: DKI Jakarta: Full time: Posted Today: R-26001589Job Description Summary:Develop and review the compliance scorecard, and conduct compliance audit on GSEP and SPO standards to obtain and retain various SPO certifications scheme (including: ISPO, ISCC, RSPO). Also monitoring the corrective action progress of all unit operations Job Descriptions: * Ensuring all units comply with regulations, policies, and sustainability standards through integrated Internal Sustainability Verification (ISV), including meeting certification requirements such as GMP+, GGL, Halal, and SCCS.* Conducting New Planting Procedure (NPP) verification activities to ensure compliance with responsible land clearing requirements.* Ensuring unit readiness for external audits by monitoring and verifying corrective actions from ISV findings.* Developing and evaluating implementation guidelines for relevant new standards and regulations, such as EUDR, ISO 9001,



and ISO 14001.Key Requirements:* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably majoring in Forestry, Environmental Studies, Agricultural Social Sciences, or related fields.* Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with a track record in managing sustainability aspects within the palm oil industry.* Proficient in RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, SCCS, GMP+, and Halal certifications.* Experienced in areas related to RSPO, ISPO, RSPO Supply Chain, HCV, HCS, Peatland, New Planting Procedure (NPP), as well as legal and environmental aspects.* Experienced in conducting internal audits.* Strong ability to interpret regulations related to legal, OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), social, conservation, and environmental aspects.* Capable of working both independently and in a team.* Willing to travel for business.
