Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/data integration pipelines for the HR platform.
- Extract and transform data from existing systems, including SAP and other HR data sources, intothe new platform.
- Perform source-to-target mapping, data transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Develop reusable ETL processes for master, transactional, and historical HR data.
- Identify and resolve data quality, mapping, duplication, and migration issues.
- Collaborate with BA, SAP Functional, Database, Backend, and business teams to validate migrateddata.
- Perform ETL testing, performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare data mapping, transformation rules, migration results, and reconciliation documentation.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,



orequivalent experience.2
- Min 2-3 years of experience in ETL, data integration, or data engineering.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing ETL pipelines using Python and/or established ETL frameworks/tools.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience with large-scale system/data migration is highly preferable.
- Familiarity with SAP/HR data structures or migration from enterprise legacy systems is highlypreferable.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
