Job Descriptions:
- Conduct business reviews, analyze and identify business opportunities, potential risks and make appropriate recommendation to Management
- Responsible for a smooth business implementation and handover of SOPs to operations and ongoing monitoring of compliance
- Ensure compliance with operational processes by performing process monitoring and close follow-up with respective parties
- Attend monthly / quarterly / annual Customer review meetings
- Ensure monthly / quarterly / annual business review meetings take place, are well-prepared and all relevant stakeholders involved in a timely manner
- Ensure minutes meetings from monthly, quarterly and yearly business review are distributed to all relevant stakeholders (Products, Regions) and corrective actions are followed up for Country Key Accounts and sizeable Country Accounts where applicable
- Ensure any concerns and / or complaints from Customer are timely escalated to all relevant stakeholders (Products, Regions)




- Perform quality and timely update and maintenance of the data in Sales system (Ms. Dynamics) and monitor use of Customer Applications

Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years as a Key Account Manager in the Freight Forwarding business or relevant business experience
- Basic knowledge in Logistic & Freight Forwarding, specifically in Commercial
- Expertise and professionalism in Customer contacts, understanding of Customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints
- Local market knowledge, vertical market update (Customers, Product)
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus
- Problem solving & decision making skills
- Organized, versátil and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines
- English (Fluent in verbal and written)
- High competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoi
